HOW TO MANAGE STRESS


Stress management and regular relaxation can be perform in different ways. These can be selected and developed for individual preference and to fit different styles. some executive we enjoy stress management techniques that where created from the european traditional such as Autogenic training. other will prefer those drawn from eastern traditional such as YOGA. regardless of the historical origins of the relaxation strategies.   They all will benefit the practitioner in  similar ways.  They all reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure slow and deepen breathing, relax muscles, send warmth to the hands and feet and increase the ability to concentrate, solve problem and enhance communication   Regular exercise and fitness strategies such as jogging, cycling, walking, swimming, dancing. and others similer activities reduces muscle tension and frustration, in addition to providing a host of medical helps.
            Reduce the intensity of emotional reaction
            -  Avoid viewing your stressor in exaggerated terms.
            - Do not expect to please everyone.
            - Do not overreact and view things as absolutely critical and urgent
             - Do not feel you must always prevail in every situation
             - moderate your physical reaction
             - Take slow deep breath to bring your heart rate and respiration back to normal.
  -Adopt relaxation techniques that can reduce muscle tension,heart rate and blood pressure
              -Avoid smoking,excessive alcohol and other stimulants                                                 It is advised that people going through stress should
              -eat well and at regular interval
              -Avoid in -between meals
              -Limit fat intake
             - reduce levels of sugar, salt, and spice.
              -Take a lot of vitamins B and C
              -Control there weight
     -Drink a lot of water for their brain to function properly and enjoy mental strength.
-        Decrease their caffeine
